Camping Unit Decal

How to obtain or renew a recreational vehicle decal for your camping unit at Lake Wildwood.

Current Decal Required

Camping units must display the member’s lot numbers and a current Association decal. Make sure your paperwork, insurance, and ownership documentation are up to date before requesting a decal.

New Camper?

Use the New Camping Unit Registration form if your camper, trailer, motor home, or other camping unit has not been previously registered with the Association.

Insurance Needed

Valid insurance must be on file before a decal can be issued. Coverage must include qualifying property damage and bodily injury.

Proof of Ownership

Member ownership must be verified by title or valid state license registration before the Association issues a decal.

Application

The New Camping Unit form is required for all units that have not been previously registered with the Association. This includes campers, camping trailers, motor homes, and similar units.

Proof of Insurance

A copy of up-to-date insurance is required to be on file. Insurance must include qualifying property damage and bodily injury with a $100,000 minimum.

Proof of Ownership

Proof of member ownership is required before a decal will be issued. This may be verified by providing a copy of the title or state license registration.

Insurance policies must be in the Association member’s name and must show the camping unit covered.

Update Insurance

You must re-submit a copy of your most current, valid insurance policy before a decal can be issued.

Update License Registration

If you did not submit the title upon initial registration, you must re-submit a copy of your most current, valid state license registration on the motorized unit.

Receive Decal

Once the required documentation is reviewed and accepted, the current Association decal may be issued for display on the camping unit.
