Golf Cart/ATV Decal

How to obtain or renew a recreational vehicle decal for your golf cart, ATV, or other motorized recreational vehicle at Lake Wildwood.

Decal, Lot Number, and Visibility Flag Required

Recreational vehicles must display the member’s lot number, a current Association decal, and a visibility flag. Review the placement guide before operating your vehicle in the Association.

New Vehicle?

Use the New Motorized Recreational Vehicle Registration form if your unit has not been previously registered with the Association.

Insurance Needed

Valid insurance must be on file before a decal can be issued. The policy must be in the Association member’s name and show the covered unit.

Lot numbers, visibility flag, and decal placement help Security identify registered vehicles and improve visibility throughout the community.

Application

The New Motorized Recreational Vehicle application is required for all units that have not been previously registered with the Association. This includes golf carts, ATVs, motor-driven cycles, mopeds, go-karts, snowmobiles, and mini-bikes.

Proof of Insurance

A copy of your up-to-date insurance certificate of public liability is required to be on file before a decal can be issued.

Insurance policies must be in the Association member’s name and must show the recreational vehicle covered.

Update Insurance

You must re-submit a copy of your most current, valid insurance policy before a current decal can be issued.

Receive Decal

Once the required documentation is reviewed and accepted, the current Association decal may be issued for display on the recreational vehicle.

Keeping your insurance current helps prevent decal delays and access issues.

Display Requirements

All registered recreational vehicles must display the required identification and safety items.

Lot Number Lot number must be displayed in at least 3-inch digits on both sides, toward the rear, of the member’s vehicle.
Visibility Flag A visibility flag is required. The flag may be orange, red, or yellow.
Association Decal The Association-issued decal is to be placed on the driver’s side toward the rear of the unit.
