Full Day Rental
Cost: $600.00 plus damage deposit
Availability: Noon until 1:00 a.m.
Hourly Rental
Cost: $50.00 per hour plus damage deposit
Availability: 2, 3, or 4 hours
Damage Deposits and Liquor Liability
A $500.00 damage deposit is required with all rentals and is returned if the lodge is clean and no damage is done. If Lake Wildwood has to clean the lodge, a portion or all of the damage deposit will not be returned.
If alcoholic beverages are to be served, a certificate of liquor liability (naming Lake Wildwood Association, Inc.) is required and a copy must be provided to the Association.
1. Verify Availability
Contact the Association Office to verify the date and time is available for a rental. This can be done by telephone or by emailing ahouk@lake-wildwood.com, or by using our contact form.
2. Rental Agreement & Deposit
Upon confirmation of availability, a completed rental agreement and damage deposit must be submitted to the Association. If alcoholic beverages are to be served, a certificate of liquor liability must be attached to the agreement. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy below.
3. Payment in Full & Cancellation Policy
The remaining balance of the rental must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the date of rental. Below is the refund policy for rentals on cancellations:
» Full refund: notification of cancellation is provided at least 60 days prior to scheduled event.
» Partial refund: notification of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to scheduled event.
» No refund: less than 30 days notice of cancellation will a result in no refund of the rental payment.
4. Key Issuance/Guest Lists
A list of all guests must be provided to the main Gate 48 hours prior to your event. The day of your event, the member who completed the contract will be the only one allowed to sign out the keys.
5. Clean-up & Final Inspection
Following the event, a final inspection of the lodge will be performed and the damage deposit will be returned if no damages have been incurred and the condition of the lodge is satisfactory.
What is the capacity of the Lodge?
Approximately 150 people.
Am I able to set up the lodge the night before my full day rental?
You may set up the lodge the night prior anytime after 8:00 p.m. Rentals requiring earlier set-up will be charged hourly or another full day rental depending on requests.
Are guests able to rent the lodge?
Unfortunately the Arrowhead Lodge is available for rental only by members of Lake Wildwood Association.
How do I gain entry to the Lodge?
The lodge keys will be signed out at the main Gate only to the member who completed the application.
