A Comfortable Space for Lake Wildwood Gatherings
Arrowhead Lodge is available for member rentals and provides a welcoming indoor setting for celebrations, receptions, family events, and special occasions.
Approx. 150 Capacity
The lodge can accommodate approximately 150 people, making it a strong option for medium-sized gatherings.
Full Day or Hourly
Choose a full day rental from noon until 1:00 AM, or select a shorter hourly rental option.

Pricing
Rental pricing is organized by full day and hourly rental options. All rentals also require a damage deposit.
Full Day Rental
Best for weddings, receptions, large parties, family gatherings, and events needing extended setup and celebration time.
Hourly Rental
Best for shorter gatherings, meetings, showers, small celebrations, or events that only need a few hours.

Wedding Reception
Great for dinner, dessert tables, gift tables, music, speeches, and a longer celebration window.

Birthday Party

Rental Process
Follow these steps to check availability, complete the agreement, make payment, and prepare for your event.
Verify Availability
Contact the Association Office to verify the date and time is available. This can be done by telephone, by emailing ahouk@lake-wildwood.com, or by using the contact form.
Submit Rental Agreement and Deposit
Once availability is confirmed, submit the completed rental agreement and damage deposit to the Association. If alcoholic beverages will be served, attach the required liquor liability certificate.
Pay Remaining Balance
The remaining rental balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the rental date.
Provide Guest List and Pick Up Keys
A list of all guests must be provided to the main Gate 48 hours before your event. On the day of the event, the member who completed the contract is the only person allowed to sign out the keys.
Clean Up and Final Inspection
After the event, a final inspection will be performed. The damage deposit will be returned if no damages occurred and the lodge condition is satisfactory.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds are based on how far in advance the Association is notified.
Full Refund
Notification of cancellation is provided at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event.
Partial Refund
Notification of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
No Refund
Less than 30 days notice of cancellation will result in no refund of the rental payment.

Before the Event
- Contact the Association Office to verify availability before making plans final.
- Submit the completed rental agreement and required damage deposit.
- Provide liquor liability documentation if alcohol will be served.
- Pay the remaining balance no later than 60 days before the event.
- Submit your guest list to the main Gate 48 hours before the event.
Event Day and After
- The member who completed the contract must sign out the lodge keys.
- Keep the space clean and respectful throughout the rental.
- Allow enough time for cleanup before your rental period ends.
- Final inspection determines whether the damage deposit is returned.
