Summer seasonal rentals.
Marina Slip Rental Application | 2025 Season Coming Soon!
In the Spring of each year, Lake Wildwood holds a lottery drawing to assign summer seasonal slips to members of the Association. Marina slips are assigned contingent upon availability and payment of fees.
To ensure that no member participating in the annual boat slip lottery will have to go longer than a single boating season without the opportunity to utilize an Association boat slip, on February 11th, 2022, the Board of Directors voted and approved a three-tiered lottery process that will take place as follows:
1st Drawing
Tier 1: Members who qualify for a handicap boat slip (1-24), as noted in the application, will be drawn first.
2nd Drawing
Tier 2: Members who participated in the previous year's boat slip lottery, but did NOT receive a boat slip at any point in time during the previous year.
3rd Drawing
Tier 3: Members who received a boat slip assignment at any point in time during the previous year, as well as all other members who do not meet the criteria for lottery Tier 1 or Tier 2.
At the conclusion of the lottery, members who did not receive a boat slip for the current year will be placed on a waiting list (in the order their name was drawn), and will have their deposit money refunded.
