Important Marina Slip Dates

The marina slip rental period runs April 1st through November 1st. Members using the same-slip option must pay the premium same-slip fee, along with the regular rental cost, by November 1.

Watercraft may be placed into an assigned slip beginning April 1st and must vacate by November 1st.

Registered Watercraft Required

Marina slip rentals are available only to lot owners with a current registered watercraft.

Marina slips 1–5 and 20–24 are designated as handicap priority slips.

Marina Slip Rental

Beginning at the end of the 2025 boating season, current marina slip holders may retain the same slip each year by paying the premium same-slip fee and regular rental cost by November 1.

Slip Assignment and Waitlist Process

The marina slip lottery has been eliminated and replaced with a timestamped waitlist. As slips become available, members on the waitlist will be offered the next available slip in order of request.

Members interested in joining the waitlist should email the General Manager to begin the process and have their request time recorded.

Your waitlist position is based on the recorded time of your request.

Complete Required Agreement

Members offered a slip should complete the required agreement and payment process by the stated deadline.

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee immediate slip assignment. Members should contact the Association Office or General Manager for current availability and process questions.

At the December 2024 Board of Directors meeting, a motion was approved to designate 10% of the marina slips as handicap accessible.
