Camping at Lake Wildwood
The campground gives members and guests a convenient way to enjoy the community overnight, whether for a short daily stay or through seasonal camping options.
Daily Camping
Daily camping is available first come, first served. The rental process must be completed at the gate.
Seasonal Camping
Seasonal camping uses a timestamped waitlist for site assignments after the campground lottery was replaced.
Guest Camping
Guest camping units are permitted in the campground only when a member is present.

Seasonal Camping
Seasonal camping provides members with a longer-term camping option during the lake season.
Daily Camping
Daily camping sites are available for shorter campground stays.
How Daily Camping Works
Daily camping is meant for shorter stays and is handled through the gate process.
Go to the Gate
The rental process must be completed at the gate.
Select Available Site
Daily camping sites are available first come, first served with no reservations allowed.
Follow Site Limits
A maximum of three tents per primitive site is allowed.
Watch the Stay Limit
A maximum stay of 16 nights applies before being required to vacate the site.
Seasonal Camping and Waitlist
At the March 9, 2024 Board of Directors meeting, a proposal to replace the campground lottery system with a timestamped waitlist was unanimously approved. The 2024 lottery determined the initial order, and all future applications will be added to the waitlist.
Timestamped Waitlist
Future seasonal camping applications are added to the waitlist in timestamp order.
Site Assignment
The waitlist process helps determine site assignment as availability opens.

Quick Rules to Know
These are important reminders before using the campground.
No Portable Generators
Portable generators are not allowed. Redbook J. 1. (c).
Member Present
Guest camping units are permitted only when a member is present. Class III. Redbook J. 2. (a).
Tent Limit
Maximum of three tents per primitive site.
Stay Limit
Daily camping has a maximum stay of 16 nights before the site must be vacated.
Camping Unit Decals
If you are bringing a camper, trailer, motor home, or similar camping unit, make sure your registration, insurance, ownership documentation, lot numbers, and Association decal requirements are current.
New Camping Unit
Use the New Camping Unit Registration form if the unit has not been previously registered with the Association.
Insurance and Ownership
Valid insurance and proof of ownership may be required before a decal can be issued.

Before You Arrive
- Review the campground map before choosing or visiting a site.
- Check pricing and rules before heading to the gate.
- Make sure guests are properly called in before arrival.
- Confirm that your camping unit decal and paperwork are current, if applicable.
During Your Stay
- Follow quiet, safety, parking, and campground rules.
- Keep your site clean and respectful of neighboring campers.
- Make sure guest camping units are accompanied by a member.
- For seasonal camping, sign in and sign out as required.
