What Changed for 2027
The approved 2027 rates are $1,260 for annual Association dues, $500 for new membership applications, $250 for the marina same-slip premium, and $100 per bottle for glass bottle fines. Fines for Class I, II, and III citations have also increased. All other listed rates and formulas remain unchanged.
The contiguous lot application fee remains five times the annual dues, totaling $6,300 for 2027.
