Lakes and Beaches

Lake Life Starts Here

From active days on Lake Wildwood to quiet mornings on Lake Tanglewood, the water is one of the defining features of the community.

Lakes and Beaches

Lake Wildwood is where everything comes together. Spanning 220 acres, it is the centerpiece of the community and the place where summer days naturally drift toward. Whether you are cruising across open water, pulling a tube full of laughing kids, or carving through the lake on skis, there is always something happening out here.

For a slower pace, the shoreline has you covered. Two sandy beaches offer a place to settle in, stretch out, and enjoy the day with family and friends. East Beach and West Beach each bring their own feel, so you can choose the setting that fits your day.

Boat and Explore

Lake Wildwood offers room for cruising, skiing, tubing, fishing, and enjoying the lake from a different point of view.

Fish at Your Pace

From active lake fishing to the quiet waters of Lake Tanglewood, anglers have more than one way to enjoy the day.

Lake Tanglewood A quieter, non-motorized lake experience.

Two Beaches, Two Different Settings

Both beaches offer access to Lake Wildwood, each with its own personality.

East Beach

Beach 1

East Beach is right in the middle of the action. It is close to the marina, Arrowhead Lodge, concessions, and lake activity.

  • Seasonal marina slips nearby
  • Arrowhead Lodge area
  • Marina concession stand
  • Fish cleaning station
  • Nearby boat launch

West Beach

Beach 2

West Beach sits just south of the dam and offers a quieter, more laid-back place to picnic, relax, and enjoy the lake.

  • Peaceful south-of-the-dam setting
  • Picnic tables
  • Convenient launch access
  • Relaxed shoreline feel
  • Great for a quieter lake day

Lake Tanglewood

Tucked away in the northeast corner of the community, Lake Tanglewood feels like a quiet escape waiting to be found. At 18 acres, it may be smaller than Lake Wildwood, but what it offers is something entirely its own: calm water, peaceful surroundings, and a slower pace that makes it easy to unwind.

With non-motorized use only and boats limited to trolling motors, the lake stays smooth and undisturbed. It is perfect for fishing, paddling, or simply taking in the scenery.
