6.01 Officers:
The officers of the Association shall be the President, Secretary, and Treasurer and such other officers and assistant officers as the Board of Directors may from time to time elect. Officers shall serve at the will of the Board of Directors. Any two (2) or more offices may be held by the same person, except the offices of President and Secretary.
6.02 President:
The President of the Association shall be elected from among the members of the Board and shall preside over the meetings of the Board and of the membership.
6.03 Secretary:
The Secretary of the Association shall be elected from among the members of the Board, shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board and of the membership and who shall, in general, perform all the duties incident to the office of secretary.
6.04 Treasurer:
The Treasurer of the Association shall be elected from among the members of the Board, shall have custody of the funds of the Association, collect monies due, pay the obligations of the Association out of its funds, and perform such other duties as are incident to the office of Treasurer.
6.05 Removal of Officers:
Any officer may be removed by majority vote of the Directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present when, in the judgment of the Directors, the best interest of the Association will be served by such removal.
