16.01 Duration of Restrictions/Amendment:
The foregoing covenants and restrictions are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until January 1, 1995, at which time said covenants and restrictions shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten (10) years unless changed in whole or in part by vote of those persons who then are the owners of a majority of the numbered lots of the Development.
