Summary of the minutes published in the November Sunbeam. Arrowhead Lodge; called to order at 9:01 AM. Directors Berg, Watkins, Weide, Lade, and Herberg were present, along with General Manager Shawn Dixon and Secretary to the Board Sharon Teason.

Approvals and financial actions

• The agenda and consent agenda were approved by unanimous consent. September financial reports were approved by roll-call vote.
• An electronic vote was recorded approving up to $6,300 from the 2026 budget for two pieces of playground equipment.
• The Board approved monthly draws from reserves to fund operations, not to exceed $230,000, to be repaid in May 2027.
• The Board approved returning $4,651.25 in unused Recreation donations and income from fiscal year 2026 for use in fiscal year 2027.
• The Board discussed offers to return delinquent lots to the Association and agreed to counteroffers. Guidelines for such requests were suggested.

Campground electrical use

• The Board reviewed electrical capacity, pedestal condition, fire and shock risks, and concerns about Y-adapters after consultation with electricians.
• Management reported that transformer and wiring upgrades would be costly.
• The Board decided to finish the current season as is and work with the new Board on restrictions for next season. The discussion did not establish a new immediate ban.

General Manager and committee updates

• GoAccess tutorials and the migration to the new member database are being prepared. Two front-gate cameras are being installed; management said no Flock cameras are in use.
• The Tanglewood fish survey is complete. Management reported surviving fish, a newly installed aerator, and good oxygen levels. A monthly maintenance plan is planned for next season.
• Winter projects include campground tree removal, inlet retention-pond dredging expected after December 1, and new lumber for Beach II picnic tables. The Beach II launch is open.
• Eligible credit card payment fees are waived through December 31, 2026, for members in good standing. Dues invoices will also be emailed and can be paid online.
• Ornament decorating was canceled. Upcoming events include the Fall Craft Fair, Trunk or Treat, Wine Tasting, and Santa Visits.
• CPR classes are being planned with the local fire department, initially for staff and later for interested members.

The Board entered executive session at 10:08 AM for member, associate, and legal matters. The meeting adjourned at 10:41 AM.

Summary of the minutes published in the November Sunbeam. Attendees: Art Catrambone, Kevin Engel, Chair Trinidad Garza, Jane Wintermute, Phil Wintermute, and General Manager Shawn Dixon. Mathew Bumber and Board Liaison Ed Berg were absent.

• The remaining 2026 committee budget was $847.21. The committee and General Manager agreed to purchase a pallet of cinder blocks and rope for future fish structures.
• Fish stocking was delayed to early November because of warm temperatures. The vendor invoice was paid. Management will check whether an additional donation can purchase more fish stock.
• The NRC reported that its approved 2027 budget included only the Tanglewood fish survey, at approximately $1,800. Other requested NRC line items were not approved.
• Members discussed algae treatment, possible mechanical weed control, and the importance of aquatic vegetation to fish habitat. Management will address a reported treatment-vendor wake concern.
• No mussels were observed on four boats removed for the season. Future treatment needs remain under discussion.
• The Tanglewood survey is complete and will be reviewed when the report is available. The October 10 Board report provides the later update that the new aerator has been installed.
• Members should send fishing feedback to the Association Office and include how long they have been fishing the lake.
• A spring white bass tournament and further lake improvements were discussed. The committee reviewed open action items.

Summary of the minutes published in the November Sunbeam. The committee met at the Association Office at 5 PM. Attendees included Anton Bommersbach, Steve Lundquist, Joe Donnelly, Diane Gilmartin, Marcie Myers, Bonnie Miller, General Manager Dixon, and Director Lade. A.J. Querciagrossa was excused.

• Approved projects included additional gravel at the inlet and new lumber for picnic tables at West Beach, with work anticipated in fall and winter.
• The committee reviewed higher-than-expected playground shipping costs and alternative freight options. The later October 10 Board minutes record approval of up to $6,300 for two pieces of equipment.
• The Board approved the green shade proposed for Arrowhead Lodge repainting and requested additional options for the brown and white complementary colors. The underside of the eaves is to be power washed and sealed.
• The committee presentation for the Annual Meeting is due October 24. Anton Bommersbach will circulate a draft for review.

Summary of the September 12 minutes republished in the November Sunbeam. Called to order at 8 AM. Members present included Lillian Saxton, Acting Chair Pam Bommersbach, Joanne Girard, Adam Watkins, and Craig Klatzco via Zoom. Amanda Lowry and A.J. Querciagrossa were absent.

• The agenda was approved as amended, and August 8 minutes were approved without changes.
• Management reported two auditor bids, a one-year CDARS term, year-end work, and completed chip-and-seal work.
• The committee reviewed expenditures over $250, budget versus actual results, revenue and expenses, and the balance sheet.
• Dues collected to date were reported at 95.23%.
• Income to date: $2,166,319.80. Expenses: $1,853,258.74. Net income: $313,061.06.
• Three quarterly reserve transfers had been completed; the final quarterly transfer was scheduled for September.

• Largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, hybrid striped bass, flathead catfish, and redear sunfish: daily limit 0, catch and release.
• White bass: no limits.
• Walleye: daily limit 3; size limit 16-22 inches.
• Muskie: daily limit 1; minimum 48 inches.
• Northern pike: daily limit 1; minimum 24 inches.
• All other catfish: daily limit 6; no size limit.
• Bluegill: daily limit 10; minimum 7 inches.
• Crappie: daily limit 10; minimum 10 inches.
• Yellow perch: daily limit 5; minimum 7 inches.
